In addition to our own dormitories, Studierendenwerk Heidelberg operates a private accommodation service, which receives numerous offers from private landlords every year, which are passed on exclusively to students.

Students can access the listings by showing their student ID or letter of admission in our ServiceCenters.
Heilbronn, Künzelsau, Schwäbisch Hall
You can find suitable offers via the accommodation service of Hochschule Heilbronn and on DualHome.

We do not accept any liability for the correctness of the information, furthermore we cannot give more details than provided to us and cannot make promises. We highly advise you to sign a written contract with the amount of rent, deposit, length of tenancy etc.
About 1.000 rooms in Heidelberg and the surrounding area are provided by external providers such as churches.

In canteens, cafés, institutes, copy shops, in the university library and in the International Relations Department of the university, you will find notice boards with small pieces of paper with private rental offers. Just look around to see if you can find something suitable.
